Our foundational strategy centered on designing bespoke systems to capture clean, high-quality audience data. We achieved this through four key outcomes:
Custom Surveys Designed for Response: We reimagined ENVSN’s survey experience to make data collection feel personal. The result was immediate and profound: we saw a nearly five-fold increase in the survey response rate. This proved that when collection is intentional, people show up.
Boosting Verified Contact Growth: We developed lead-generation strategies across new and existing environments. By using interactive capture touchpoints, we boosted the lead-gen conversion rate by 40%. Overall, we achieved 18% growth in the verified contact list, adding approximately 3,900 new audience records. This allowed ENVSN to grow its contact base and understand participant behavior.
Seamless Data Flow: We implemented integrated ticketing and registration systems. This ensured that attendee data flowed seamlessly from check-in to reporting, making every interaction measurable.
Real-Time, Unified Insights: Critically, we consolidated over five data sources into a single reporting view. We then delivered real-time dashboards that updated audience metrics daily. This analytics framework allows internal teams to make decisions backed by clear insight.
