Coyote teamed up with ENVSN to drive more than 46,000 visits to their festival ticket pages. With over 11,000 focused site visits, we crafted a seamless user experience that made buying tickets straightforward and tracked key conversions down the funnel. Beyond that, we rolled out a strategic CRM plan, developed a personalized festival app, and ensured data integrity across the board. This approach helped ENVSN turn interested visitors into loyal fans, while giving the brand richer insights into their audience for smarter future strategies.

  • Coyote designed and developed two websites for ENVSN’s operational arms—ENVSN Fest and ENVSN Foundation. These platforms were created to effectively showcase their initiatives and projects, providing clear insight into their activities.   • Coyote developed a comprehensive CRM strategy incorporating emails, SMS, and paid ads to boost sales for ENVSN Fest. The email layout was redesigned, resulting in improved performance with average open and click rates rising to 15%.

  • Coyote supported ENVSN by employing multiple strategies to synthesize and cleanse existing audience data. Targeted data gathering methods such as surveys and behavioral tracking were also used to deepen insights into the ENVSN customer base.   • Over the course of two years, we successfully managed the check-in station for a major festival, efficiently handling the registration of over 6,000 attendees. Our responsibilities included overseeing the registration app to ensure smooth and accurate check-ins.

    Beyond the registration process, we played an integral role in managing relationships with attendees and stakeholders before and after the festival. Additionally, we provided escort services for talent and guided media personnel, ensuring they reached their designated locations without issues.
