A Human Resources Consultant provides expert guidance on HR practices, helping organizations optimize their workforce and align HR strategies with business goals.

HOW YOU CAN HELP US MOVE (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting audis and creating policies as necessary.

  • Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate screening, and onboarding programs.

  • HR Programs: Design and implement HR programs such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and training programs.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement,providing actionable recommendations to management.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.

  • Experience: Relevant work experience in HR management or consulting is preferred, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. The ability to build relationships and foster a positive work environment is crucial.

STAND OUTS 

  • Setting: HR Consultants may work in an office setting, with options for remote work. Some travel may be required for client consultations or team meetings.

  • Reporting Structure: Typically report to the Human Resources Director or Manager, depending on the organization. In this case reporting directly to the ChiefOperations Officer.
